You said the one thing you need is cold inbound. So that is the only thing this builds. An engine that finds profitable owners inside your bands, reaches them the day the signal lands, and puts the ones who will talk on your calendar. You cover what it costs to run. We are paid only when a seller signs and you collect.
Send five names from your market. We run the sourcing against them and show you what comes back, before any money moves.
"What we really need help with is cold leads inbound."
Matthew Griffin"If the agentic flow you've built is competitive, you guys could be making money with us next week."
Matthew GriffinOwner-run, profitable, two to twenty million a year in profit. Industrials, manufacturing, maintenance, critical infrastructure and HR services first. Geography as you set it. Correct any line and the engine is built to the corrected one.
Profitable owner-run businesses inside your EBITDA band and your sectors, scored before anyone is contacted.
Ownership, earnings range, industry and decision authority. Your gates, applied before a call is placed.
The day the signal lands, on the one subject most owners have never said out loud. Handled gently, or not at all.
The ones who will talk arrive on your calendar with the recording and the notes already attached.
Your principal does what your principal is good at. This is the only step we are ever paid on.
Email, call and SMS work the same owner from different angles, and every one of them lands back at the same gate. Nothing reaches your calendar that has not passed it. A signal is a dated change on the ownership side, a tenure or age band crossed, or no named successor, not a list rotation.
Everything before the two rose boxes is work. Only the two rose boxes pay us.
Illustrative, not a screenshot. The copy below is the real sequence we would send, shown on the devices an owner would see it on. The names are invented, because yours do not exist yet. An owner who has been pitched by twenty brokers can tell the difference in one sentence, so there is no hype, no valuation bait, and an exit offered in the first message.
Ray,
I work the origination desk for BlackRose Group, as the firm’s AI assistant, a boutique M&A firm in Austin. We represent owners of profitable industrial and infrastructure businesses when they decide to sell.
I am writing because most owners we meet have no plan for what happens to the business when they step back, and the ones who do end up with materially better outcomes. If you already have that mapped, ignore this and I will not write again.
If you do not, a fifteen minute call with one of our principals will tell you what a buyer would ask of the business and how long the runway usually is. Nothing goes to market without your say.
Worth a short conversation?
Illustrative, not live data. This is the spec of what you would be looking at, not a screenshot of a running account. Every owner, business and number below is invented. What is real is the structure: what gets captured, and what you can audit later.
| Owner | Business | EBITDA | Stage | Last touch |

You have a development background, so here is the working rather than a summary of it. The four windows below are real: the volumes are what a month actually covers, the trace numbers came out of tracing your own logo for this page, and the compliance list is what gets bought before a dial. The invented things on this page are the two message mockups and the desk, each labelled as such.
You are being asked to release a first tranche before anything is running, so here is how the thing in front of you was actually built. These are counts we can produce on request, out of the build log for this page, not a description of them. Every defect below was found by us, on our own work, before you ever saw it.
This is the same discipline that will run your desk: measure it, do not assume it, and report the defect before the client finds it.
There is no fee per meeting, per lead, per dial or per minute. We do not want our share tied to activity, because activity is easy to manufacture and you have been sold it before. Two events pay us, and money reaches your account first in both.
| $16,000buildout, all in | Build it, and run the first month on it. Engine to your ICP, disqualify logic, dashboard and back office, telephony and caller ID in your name, compliance registration, and thirty days live. Split 60 / 40 against a live gate. Five days from signing to the gate, 72 hours from the second tranche to fully live, then thirty days running, all inside this number. None of it buys our time. The build hours, the working models and the IP behind them are what we put in, and they are not on your invoice. |
| $7,500per month, from month two | Run it. Month one is already paid for inside the buildout. From month two, $7,500 covers up to 1,000 enriched owners a month. The rungs above it are projections, not a commitment: $9,000 at 2,500, $11,000 at 5,000. You set the volume and we move with it, up or down, in writing, month to month. Nothing escalates on its own and there is no minimum term. Thirty days notice either way, and an owner mid-conversation on the day notice lands is finished properly, never dropped. |
| 10%of the engagement fee | A seller we sourced signs with you. Ten percent of the engagement fee only, payable when you collect it. Nothing is owed on a meeting or a proposal. If a mandate is signed and the engagement fee clears, that share stands whatever happens next. The success share is owed only if the deal closes. |
| 10%of the success fee | The deal closes and you earn your success fee. Ten percent of that fee, payable when you collect it. Two separate bases, never twenty percent of one pool. If a year of conversations produces no signed mandate, we have earned nothing here. |
| $0per meeting | Not one dollar for activity. Every other channel in your inbox is paid most for sending the most meetings. We are paid nothing until one of them signs. |
Real money out the door before a single owner is called. It buys the data, the carriers, the infrastructure and thirty days live, and the engine as built for you is yours at the end of it. It does not buy an hour of our time. One signed mandate returns the whole thing many times over.
The engine, the ICP logic, the voice, the dashboard, the compliance plumbing. Roughly a hundred hours at a hundred an hour, our estimate. The buildout buys the data and the infrastructure, never our time. The hours, the working models we already own and the experience behind them are what we invest beside your cash. They sit on top, uninvoiced, and we do not get them back on the monthly or on a deal that dies.
Neither of us is paid for effort. You risk cash, we risk the build, and both are made whole at the same moment.
You are already buying seller conversations. The question is not whether to spend, it is what you hold at the end of the spending. Below is the arithmetic on all three, with the assumptions written out so you can change them and watch the answer move.
Where the vendor wins. On pure cash in year one, a per-meeting vendor can come out cheaper if your volume stays low. What it cannot do is leave you owning anything, and it is paid most for sending you the most meetings. We are paid nothing per meeting and ten percent only when a seller signs and you collect.
Not a forecast of how many sign. This is what is arithmetically true at each mark for the volume you are buying, and what it has cost to get there.
Twelve months of one hired caller is about $67,000 for roughly 16,800 dial attempts on a single channel, and you own nothing at the end of it. The same year on the engine is $98,500 for roughly 36,000 touches on three channels, every one recorded, and the engine as built for you, the data and the numbers are yours. On cash alone the engine costs $1,900 a month more than the caller from month two, and about $31,500 more over the year. What that buys is three channels instead of one, about 1,000 owners a month worked instead of about 1,400 dial attempts, every touch logged, and an asset that is still yours when the year ends.
Assumptions, stated so you can argue with them. Caller loaded cost is salary plus payroll tax, benefits and tooling. Dial rate is 65 to 70 attempts a day over 21 working days. Engine figures are the 1,000 owner tier held flat for twelve months, three touches per owner, and the $16,000 buildout in month one. Volume assumes a national mandate. A single-state mandate at these bands is a few thousand owners in total, and the monthly is set to what the feed surfaces, not to 1,000. Change any input and we will rerun it in front of you before you sign anything.
If it is unclear whether a deal was engine sourced, it is not.
Every one of these is a reason the gate slips if it is missing, so here they are in the open. Nothing else is asked of your time.
Five real target names out of your market. We run the sourcing against them and show you exactly what comes back, before any money moves.
A demo you can falsify is worth more than any screen on this page. You have been pitched a dozen lead channels this quarter and every one wanted to own the source and rent it back. This hands you the engine and earns nothing at all until a seller signs with you and you collect the fee.
NDA first, then the agreement. Volume is set in writing each month before it runs, and the monthly is the monthly.
Timeline: sign, and within five days the gate is on a live screen. Voice starts as soon as numbers and scripts are approved. SMS starts when the carriers approve the brand registration we file on day one. Email needs a 21 day inbox warmup, so that channel joins inside month one rather than on day one.
